WHY WE CREATED GEN-ACHIEVERS
Everyone has heard these statements at least once in their life: “Younger generations are entitled," "They don't know the real meaning of hard work," "All of them are lazy." These labels are inaccurate and cause many bright, young, and vibrant professionals to reduce their self-worth. Anthony, Carl, and Ryan, the Co-Founders at Gen-Achievers, are set out to counter these stigmas and inspire Millennials and younger individuals to do more, be more, and live more. A casual conversation about creating an impact on everyone has now turned into a reality; a platform that is rapidly growing by the day.

A part of life is about learning, expanding your mind to new horizons, and taking on challenges that create opportunity. We at Gen-Achievers attempt to do this by providing our readers with thought-provoking and educational content that requires them to use critical thinking and analytical skills, which leads to developing their innovative ideas over time. The topics that we write about range from fitness & investing, to law & politics, and even fashion & culture. By having a one-stop-learning-shop, our readers are able to go from topic-to-topic seamlessly. The collective wisdom we amass may be imparted on our generation, and generations to come.

But doesn't success exceed generational barriers? It sure does! We understand that there are very successful individuals in our communities that achieved their success through hard work, dedication, and ambition. Their business acumen and thorough knowledge are an untapped source of information that we attempt to access by labeling their business (i.e. a Local Spotlight). Like a Gen-Achiever, we ask that they complete a written interview within which we attempt to elicit helpful information specifically targeted at the keys to their success. We synthesize this information for the ease of the reader.

We hope that our posts fuel the fire within the minds of our future leaders and achievers, for as Socrates once stated, "Education is the kindling of a flame, not the filling of a vessel.

OUR GOAL FOR GEN-ACHIEVERS
Society expects more when it comes to, well, everything and it's not going to slow down anytime soon! The 'real-world' can be a scary place but we don't want you to run away from those fears.
The most important investment one can make in life is in themselves. In order to remain ahead of the game, it is critical that you adapt to your environment. Millennials are too often stigmatized for being 'lazy', 'entitled', and a too technologically attached. While the latter might be true, you would not be here if that were not the case.
At Gen-Achievers, our articles are honest. Sometimes… too honest. The content will include a focus towards our audiences' interests, and will constantly change based on current events.
The primary philosophy behind our brand is rooted from our current careers, academic studies, and personal experiences.
Our world is changing at such a rapid pace that it's impossible to know exactly how to prepare for what the future is going to hold. Society will soon be dependable on millennials & younger generations, and it's important that we all continue to learn, adapt, and create opportunity. In an environment consumed by social media, let's show that we can use it to our advantage by educating one another!
